Market & Compliance Audit
We audited the NEMT market, its compliance landscape and competitors to understand why the category had never earned the trust of health systems.

Patient transport has long run as a fare business. We redesigned it as clinical-grade infrastructure that health systems, investors and drivers can trust.
A website, logo and visual system for carcompany.ai, a healthcare logistics company redefining non-emergency medical transportation. One site that speaks to three audiences at once: health systems, investors and credentialed drivers, each with a clear path to act.
Carcompany.ai came to us to position the company as clinical-grade healthcare infrastructure, not another ride app. The site had to serve three very different audiences in one place. Health systems needed to understand the fleet and the intelligence behind every trip. Investors needed to follow the market thesis through sourced figures. Drivers needed a hiring flow that presents the role as a credentialed profession, not gig work. The scope covered the homepage for desktop and mobile, a careers hub, an eight-step driver application, contact and success flows, a 404 page, and the logo and visual system behind it all.
NEMT, or non-emergency medical transportation, has long been treated as a fare business. Rides are booked through brokers with no clinical context, verification is manual, and fraud has become systemic. As a result, the category had no brand a health system or investor could trust. The site had to break that perception immediately: prove the market size with sourced figures ($40B unbuilt logistics market, 5.8M Americans missing care every year, $150B annual cost of missed appointments), explain a five-level fleet without overwhelming the reader, and turn a long driver application into something people actually finish.
A clinical-grade website that moves health systems, investors and drivers from reading to requesting access. Evidence-led storytelling with sourced market figures, a five-level fleet from ambulatory to ALS with a dedicated service view for each, and a careers hub built around a credentialed driver standard covering full screening, HIPAA, wheelchair securement and CPR. An eight-step application with empty, filled and focus states for every step, plus a dark black-and-mint visual system on Sora and DM Mono that makes every figure read like a verified record.
We audited the NEMT market, its compliance landscape and competitors to understand why the category had never earned the trust of health systems.
We built messaging hypotheses that reframe the company from a ride service into healthcare infrastructure, with every claim backed by a sourced figure.
We mapped three audiences, health systems, investors and drivers, and gave each its own route through the site, from the fleet and intelligence layer to the careers hub.
An eight-step application, open positions through submission, designed with empty, filled and focus states so drivers always know where they are and what comes next.
A dark black-and-mint system on Sora and DM Mono, responsive layouts for desktop and mobile, and prototypes for every key flow, including contact, success and 404.
