ECHO LIVE: Redesign of a Content Creation and Sharing Platform
A UX audit and redesign that made it easier to find content, chat and publish posts.
Task
Users struggled to find content and use key features, and the old interface slowed them down. We ran a UX audit and redesigned the platform around its main user flows.
Challenge
Feed, messages, posts, collections and payments all needed fixing at the same time. We simplified each flow step by step without breaking the habits users already had.
Results
A clearer, faster platform on web and mobile. Better navigation and content discovery had a positive impact on conversion, and creators publish with fewer steps.

Project Timeline
Briefing
The platform serves both creators and viewers. We defined what each needs first, then set redesign priorities.
Wireframes
Key pages had messy structure. We rebuilt the layout in wireframes before moving to visuals.
UX Research
New content was hard to find. We added recommended collections, popular posts and creators right on the home screen.
Moodboard
The brand needed to feel premium. We chose warm gold, soft neutrals and Montserrat for a clean, confident look.
Design Concepts
We tested several directions. The chosen one keeps content in focus and the interface out of the way.
UI Design
Posting felt blind and chats started empty. We added a live post preview and suggested people to message.
